The changes that are going on in your body can be very challenging to manage, yet the fact remains that there is something incredible about a pregnant woman's growing form. Bikinis are Sometimes a Little Trickier

As soon as the down payment is made on the holiday, anxiety often sets in about bearing all on the beach. Bikinis and swimsuits are not exactly the most discreet items of clothing, and given that most people would never dream of parading themselves about in just their underwear, it is no wonder that the prospect is a slightly scary one.

Instead of hitting the gym or starting out on a new fad diet, however, why not simply try to learn to love the skin you're in and make the most of your assets, just as they are? There are plenty of flattering swimwear solutions available if you are willing to take the time to seek them out.

If the mere idea of donning a bikini in public makes you uncomfortable, simply don't do it! Go for a stylish one piece instead. If you are still feeling a little shaky, add a sarong, a kaftan or a tunic to start with and build up your confidence one step at a time.

Woman in black thong bikini with tattoo and we...Image via WikipediaSwimsuits are also a fabulous way to enhance your shape, whatever it may be. There are all kinds of swimsuits available that can boost your bust, suck in your tummy, shrink your bum and give you all the comfortable support you require. If it's a confidence boost you need, a great one piece is definitely the way forward.

Bikinis are sometimes a little trickier. The most popular ones are the string designed halter necks that tie up so they can be adjusted to fit a wide range of sizes. However, the fact is that this design is not flattering on everyone and offers very little support to those with bigger busts.

A good trick is to mix and match separates. There is now a good number of high street retailers that allow you to choose a bikini top in one size and briefs in another. Not all of us are the same size on the top as we are on the bottom, so instead of trying to squeeze one half into something that doesn't fit, pick and choose your sizes from a range of possibilities.

Those boasting boyish figures usually have it easy when it comes to bikini buying. They don't have to worry about unsightly tums and bums and cleavage support is rarely an issue. However, if you are looking for ways to boost your bust look out for halter neck gel bikinis that will give you that extra bit of confidence.

Confidence is paramount. If you are not comfortable, you are sure to damage your confidence so make comfort your first priority. Why not go for a skin boosting spa treatment and a pedicure before you leave? These are all things that will help you to feel fabulous in the skin you're in.

Essential Swimwear For Summer wear

English pornographic actress Hannah Harper.Image via Wikipedia

60% of Brits are planning an overseas holiday this year and even those staying at home are bound spend at least a few days at the beach this summer. So this means it is time to upgrade your swimwear in keeping with this year's trends.

If you want to look hotter than Megan Fox in Transformers then you must wear something floral. The best colours are pinks, greens and blue and don't shy away from all over flower power either. If you pick the right style one piece, you won't end up looking like your gran. Look for swimsuits with cut away sections and string straps to add a bit of sex appeal.

Traditional swimsuits are making a return this year although forget all stereotypes they are now much edgier and more flattering than ever before. Tan lines may be more awkward but swimsuits are high on the fashion stakes in summer. Again, look for interesting and quirky designs that stop your one-piece from looking like something you would wear at your school swimming gala circa 1995.

Another 80s trend to get a revamp is animal print and it has lost all of its sleazy and trashy connotations. Monochrome 'zebra' or 'panther' are top choices for the most fashion conscious but colourful versions of animal prints are just as trendy.

Bikinis are even more incy-bitsy this summer. The most common is the old favourite 'triangle-shaped' top but bandeau style two pieces are also being pumped on the high street. Bandeau can be strapless or more on trend is to have the straps in the middle, going around your neck.

Ahoy Sailor: nautical is a key look this summer. Anything with anchors, stripes and ropes in red, blue and white will score you brownie points.

Seeing as summer proper is three to four months away, you have time to prepare. Getting into a bikini, unless you are a Victoria's Secret model, isn't exactly a pleasant experience. We are basically walking around in our underwear so getting bikini-fit will help you feel a little more confident when parading yourself in your waterproof smalls.

At least 30 minutes of activity a day is required to tone those legs and tum, and this does have to be more than walking to and from the bus stop. Go for a jog or bike ride and do some sit ups in front of Eastenders.

Just before b-day (beach day) check in with your beautician for some last minute buffing, exfoliating, waxing and tanning. Being ready for summer doesn't have to be that hard.

Choosing The Best One Piece Swimsuit

Choosing the right one piece swimsuit for your body is not as hard as you think because makers of swimwear have become more aware than ever that all women, regardless of age or size, all want the same thing and that is a flattering swimsuit to look good in. As women, we all have an area of our bodies that we are not too happy with and we wish we could get rid of. Add to that a myriad of cuts and colors to choose from and there really is a one piece swimsuit for any gal.

Some Tips for Choosing Your One Piece Swimsuit

Having a little bit of help as to how to go about choosing your one piece swimsuit can make your search for the ideal bathing suit a whole lot easier. Here are a few ways to help you choose the best one piece swimsuit for you:

* Think about the parts of your body that you would like to show off as well as those that you're not too happy about. Next, have a look at different styles and think about the first thing that you notice when you look at the suit. The part that draws your eye to it first should be the same one that you want to show off. For instance, if you love your bust but aren't fond of your tummy, then a one piece swimsuit that draws the eyes up and away from the problem area is definitely the way to go. A good example of this is a swimsuit with embellishment or bright colors on top and then a darker or plainer bottom. And this works the other way around as well.

* If you have a heavier bust then you'll want to make sure you have enough support so that you are comfortably supported. Keeping your bust up higher will help to elongate the rest of your body which will in turn make you look a lot more attractive. Choose swimsuits with wider straps, built-in bras or halters as they all help to keep your bust in place better than stringy straps or bandeaus.

* A skirted one piece also know as the swim dress, is another option to consider when looking for a one piece swimsuit. They're a lot trendier and more attractive than they used to be and they can show off your beach body confidently if you lower half is something you're not entirely comfortable showing off. You can choose from classic and sophisticated to vintage pin up girl-looking and all out sexy and lingerie inspired.

At the end of the day choosing the right one piece swimsuit for you comes down to personal preference and wearing something that makes you feel comfortable. Don't feel pressured to give in to the trends. Just because your favorite actress or supermodel wears a certain style it doesn't mean it's going to look or feel good on you. It's all about you and the swimsuit that looks and feels the best on your body. This is what you should aim to do when you purchase your swimwear this season.

Top Swimwear Fashions - This Summer

With the revival of the black one-piece, the rise of 50s chic and the movement away from bling and bright colours, swimwear fashion is set to be both classic and glamorous. Think sweeping lines, flattering cut-outs and elegant shapes, brought up to date by eye-catching colour. This season's trends don't favour the faint-hearted; but with a little clever accessorising, anybody can rock the classic look.

Micro bikinis are on their way out instead, those looking for a classier way to flash a little flesh should adopt the cutaway trend. This isn't a style that will suit all tastes; but anybody looking to make a splash in the fashion world should give it a whirl.

Don't go overboard with figure revealing cutaways stick with subtle shapes that hint rather than baring all. If your do choose a daring cut then go for a sober colour. This style is a balancing act and it's easy to get wrong but if you resist the temptation to go all-out then the cutaway screams classy sex appeal.

If you're not quite brave enough to work the cutaway trend, an alternative option is to invest in a one-shoulder piece. This style works on both bikinis and swimsuits, so it's great for those who are keen to hide a little more flesh. For real impact, however, opt for a one-shouldered bikini with cutaway areas the ultimate in cutting-edge chic.

Forget last season's jewel colours and striking prints this summer is all about sophistication. Look for plum one-pieces with gold detail, or team a purple bikini top with lighter briefs for colour-clashing impact. Patterns are also on-trend go for stark diagonal lines teemed with daring cutaways, or get in touch with your feminine side in delicate florals.

If you're the kind of girl who likes to live in her bikini, then you'll love the swimsuit-cum-body style for this summer. First seen at Versace and set to take the catwalk by storm, this trend features one-pieces worn under T-shirts and dresses with convenient body-style crotch poppers. Perfect for layering the one look that never goes out of fashion.

With designers still going mad for lavish accessorising, it's not surprising that this trend has made its way over to swimwear. Chunky necklaces and bright beads will help to dress up your bikini and the discerning fashionista should consider herself naked without them.

As a final stylish touch, it's worth investing in a sheer slip to dress up your bikini this summer. This versatile piece will vamp up your style and even disguise last year's recycled costume perfect for fashion followers operating on a tight budget.
